About ZARemote

ZARemote is a free job board for people in South Africa who want to work remotely for companies anywhere in the world.

Most remote job boards list roles that are “remote” but only for people in the US, UK or EU. Finding the ones that actually accept South Africans means reading the fine print on every listing. ZARemote does that for you.

Several times a day we collect listings from established remote job boards. Each role is checked for location restrictions: first on the listing, then — where a board doesn't publish the location — on the original job page. Roles limited to other countries or regions are removed. Roles that list South Africa, accept candidates worldwide, or ask for a time zone that includes South Africa (UTC+2) stay in.

Listings drop off automatically after 30 days. You always apply directly on the employer's or job board's site — ZARemote never asks for your CV or charges a fee.

No filter is perfect. Always read the full job description before applying, and do your own due diligence on any employer.
